Central Bakery
This ordering site is operated by Central Bakery. That company is the data controller for the personal information you give when you place an order here. You can reach the shop on 01294 464040.
To take and fulfil an order the shop collects your name, a contact phone number or email address, a delivery address when the order is delivered, what you ordered, and whether it has been paid for. Card payments are handled by the shop's payment provider and the card number is never stored on this site.
Order and payment records are kept for as long as UK tax and accounting law requires. Account details are kept until you ask for the account to be closed.
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the personal information held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to how it is used. Contact the shop using the details above. If you are unhappy with the response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
